Magicbricks.com was awarded as the best real estate online portal of the year by India Realty Awards (IRA), 2013.
Aashu Gupta, Regional Manager, received the award on behalf of Magicbricks.com. Having been launched in the year 2006 by Times Group, Magicbricks.com has quickly risen to being the No.1 Property Portal in India.
IRA is medium to felicitate the industry experts who have made considerable contribution in the past year. The focus areas for these awards are architecture, Project Design, Real Estate Online Portals and other subjective elements such as trust and innovation.
Based on these, several other awards were given away. For instance, Ananta Raghuvanshi, Director- Sales and Marketing, DLF won the best female professional of the year, Dushyant Sinha of ICCPS won the best marketing strategist, Divya Paul, GM – Marketing of SARE Homes won the best media campaigner. Best media agency was declared as Graphics Ads Pvt Ltd, best real estate consultant (industry choice) was taken away by Neo Brix Consulting Pvt Ltd, most trusted real estate consultant was bagged by Goldmine Developers Pvt Ltd. The best project location award went to AVJ Heights of AVJ Group, Best Township was declared as Sports City, Jaypee Greens, best residential project was won by Club Terraces, SARE homes, Gurgaon, and the best developer award went to Saviour Builders.
The award ceremony which was conducted on 25th October, 2013 in Noida, was graced by the presence of Rajya Sabha member and a legendary cricketer KC Tyagi, who was the chief guest at the function. Hari Om Tyagi, Editor of Obersever Dawn addressed the event. Anil Sharma, CMD of Amrapali Group and bollywood celebrity Aftab Shivdasani gave away the awards.
Apart from these, several other awards were also distributed at the event.
