After the arrest of top Indian Mujahideen (IM) operatives Yasin Bhatakal and Asadullah Akhtar in August, Indian security agencies said Tahseen Akhtar alias Monu was leading the terror outfit. But now, it seems now security agencies will have to look out for one more dreaded IM terrorist - the fugitive known as Dr Shahnawaz. Sources in the Anti-Terrorism Squad told indiatoday.in that Dr Shahnawaz might have entered India to take over IM operations from Tahseen Akhtar.
